Who are the Yoga Angels?

My main principle in teaching yoga is injury safety and simplicity.
Yoga for me is an endless tool for self-improvement.
During the pandemic, Sveta and I began to conduct classes online, and the idea of creating an online yoga club came to us.
My acquaintance with yoga happened after a long illness of the spine. Yoga literally helped me get back on my feet and regain strength and flexibility. Since then, yoga practice has become an integral part of my life and profession.
Hey! I'm Masha. I am 41 y.o. I have been practicing yoga since 2010.
I do not teach yoga as a repetition of memorized exercises, I try to show my students how to be in contact with your body and feel what it needs right now. I choose the practice gently, consistent with the physical and emotional state of the student.
Plunging into yoga deeper, I realized that I had found what gives me a resource and endless interest, because the knowledge of yoga and myself through yoga is limitless.
I fell in love with yoga from the 1st lesson in the yoga studio, caught a feeling of happiness, and it was as if some part of me came to life.
